BENNER Cora Anne (Corky) Benner, age 86, of Worthington Christian Village, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2005 at Kobacker House. Corky was retired from the Worthington Public School System. She was a 54 year member of the Worthington Presbyterian Church, a long time member of the Worthington Women's Club and Corky also did volunteer work at Riverside Hospital. She was preceded in death by parents, Albert and Leota Belle Hiser, husband of fifty years, Andy, sister, Mary and brother, Raymond. She is survived by sons, Andy (Patty), Columbus and Bert (Linda) Muncie, IN.; grandsons, Brian, Andy (Yvette), Brad and Mark; great-grandchildren, Aaron, Courtney, Meghan and Noah. Family will receive friends Friday, June 17 from 9-10 a.m. at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St., Worthington (1/2 mile south of I-270). Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. following visiting hours with Jerry Miller, CLSP officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at Worthington Christian Village, Saturday, June 18 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Kobacker House, 3595 Olentangy River Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43214.
