BURRER Marian Magdalene (Schwartz) Burrer, age 98, of Worthington, died Wednesday, August 20, 2003 at the Whetstone Gardens Care Center. She was the widow of the late Arthur M. Burrer, whom she married on October 18, 1924. Marian was a member for many years of Clinton Heights Lutheran Church, where she was an active member of the church's Beacon Sewing Group, Lydia Circle and the Facire Club. She is survievd by her sons, Charles B. Burrer of Worthington and Richard L. Burrer of Ocala, Fla.; grandchildren, Daryl A. (Chris) Burrer, Diane (Mike) Eubank, all of Syracuse, N.Y. and Darlene (Toby) Hopkins of Dahlonega, Ga.; great-grandchildren, Alex Burrer, Megan and Michelle Eubank, Jacob and Joshua Hopkins. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, September 13, 2003 at Clinton Heights Lutheran Church, 15 Clinton Heights Ave., Columbus with Bishop Robert W. Kelley officiating. Private family interment was held in Walnut Grove Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to the Rose of Concern Fund of Lutheran Social Services or the charity of choice.
