Ruth O. Burris, age 80, of Powell, OH, passed away peacefully Thursday, March 24, 2011, at Altercare of Hilliard. Employed by Rish Equipment Co. for many years and retired from Nationwide Insurance Co. Preceded in death by husband William J. Burris, sister Jean Martin, and brother William Molsberger. Survived by loving daughters, Susan Santurio, Nancy (Steve) Gandee, all of Hilliard, OH and Cindy Burris of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Jason Gandee and Jessica (Charlie) Straka, Cassandra and David Santurio, and Harrison Barker; sister, Mary Hixon of Columbus; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends; and special pet, Lexie. Member of the Clintonville Woman's Club, North High Women's and Polar Bear Alumni Associations, Airedale Rescue, Lunch Bunch of Stone Bridge, Red Hats-"Ramblin' Red Roses" of Stone Bridge and Women Helping Women. Ruth's caring thoughtfulness will be greatly missed by her many friends and family.
