Michael Capan, age 36, of Worthington, Tuesday, at his residence. Born November 26, 1956 in Champion, Ohio, he was the owner of Worthington Bakery from 1989 to 1992 and the owner of Sweet Temptations Bakery from 1986 to 1989. Preceded in death by father Frank Capan. Survived by loving wife Donna J. Capan; mother Pearl Piegowski; brothers James & Richard; sister Kathy (Rolland) Jones; very devoted father-in-law Howard Ackermann; brothers-in-law Howard & Jimmy Ackermann, sisters-in-law Yvonne (Rick) Guyer, Marty & Diane Ackermann; very devoted uncles and aunts, Robert and Norma Slyk, Richard and Sandy Slyk, John and Betty Baalogh, Alvin and Virginia Shine; nieces, nephews and many wonderful and devoted friends.
