Frank Carter, age 70, of Worthington, Friday Nov. 2, 1990 Doctors Hospital North. Retired Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Columbus Life Insurance Company after 22 years and was currently an active member of their board of directors. He was also a veteran of WWII serving in the US Marine Corp. He is survived by his wife, Loyis; daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and John Carter North of Ramah, New Mexico; son, Richard Frank Carter of Worthington; son and daughter-in-law, David and Marilyn Carter of Columbus; grandchildren, Richard, John, Michael, Chelsea and Patrick; great grandson, Alexander; sister, Bettye Frye of Mt. Vernon, Oh. Member of the Worthington United Methodist Church, Capital City Lodge #656 F&AM and the York Golf Club. Funeral service 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, 1990 at the Worthington United Methodist Church, 600 High St., Worthington. Rev. Robert Chiles and Rev. Andrea Pritts officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
