Survived by wife, Jeannette; son, Lance Cato; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Robert Hale, all of Columbus; mother, Mrs. Gertrude Cato, Columbus; granddaughter, Ryan Cato; sister and brother-in-law, Lilah William Santo, Westerville; brother-in-law, Arthur and his wife, Jane Baer, Reynoldsburg; sister-in-law, Mrs. Evelyn Baer, Columbus; several nieces and nephews. Member of Covenant Presbyterian Church and OSU Alumni. Graduate of University Osteopathic Medicine, Des Moines, Iowa. Member of the Ohio and American Osteopathic Assn. Veteran WWII, US Navy. Member of American Legion Post 443, Upper Arlington. Funeral service 2:30 p.m. Wednesday SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Rd., where friends may all 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
