Former clerk to Ohio Supreme Court Justices, Paul Herbert & Thomas Herbert. Former chairman, Ohio Bar Examiners. Former chairman, National Conference of Bar Examiners; Fellow, American College of Probate Lawyers. Member American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations. University Club of Columbus. Memorial service 11 a.m. Saturday, First Community Church. Family will receive friends after services in the Wicker Room.
