Elizabeth Hendel Dupre, age 96, of Columbus, died June 26, 1995 at the Wesley Glen Health Center. She was preceded in death by her husband Dallas D. Dupre, Jr., and daughter-in-law Barbara M. Dupre of Pittsburgh. Survived by sons and daughter-in-law, Dallas D. Dupre III of Pittsburgh, Charles and Arline of Hamden, CT, Donald and Sylvia of Columbus; 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was a graduate of Bennett College for Women, Millbrook NY, a founding member of Children's Hospital Twig #50 and the Christmas Bazaar, past president of Phi Gamma Delta Mothers Club and active at North Broadway United Methodist Church. Service will be held on Thursday, June 29, 1995 at 11 a.m. at Weir-Arend Funeral Home, 4221 N. High St., (3 blocks south of Henderson Rd.), Columbus, Ohio 43214, where family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service. Rev. Leonard Confar officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
