Preceded in death by parents Sam and Elvira Fairfax, son David Marshall Fields, sisters-in-law Elizabeth F. Reynolds and Mary F. Fields, brother-in-law Vernal Hoston. Survived by husband, William F. Fields; 4 daughters, Sharyn (Leslie) Taylor, Jeani (Ronald) Gray, Lynn Fields, Lisa (James) Miller; 3 sons, William A. (Debra) Fields, Brian K. Fields; grandchildren, Derek, Chip, Kim Chris, Ryan, Brandon, Nikki; 3 great-grandchildren, all of Worthington; sister, Joan Hoston, Cleveland; brothers, Kenneth (Barbara) Fairfax, Washington, D.C.; step-mother, Savannah Hunter, Cleveland; brothers-in-law, Lawrence P. (Rosanna) Fields, Pat Reynolds, all of Worthington; sister-in-law, Margaret A. Fields, Toledo, Oh.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Attended St. John A.M.E. Church of Worthington Welfare Club. Funeral service 10 a.m. Wednesday April 26, 1995 at Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St., Worthington, where friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Rev.
