Retired Mail Carrier for the United States Postal Service and owner of Field's Upholstery Preceded in death by wife Hazel I. "Pinky" Fields; son David Marshall Fields; parents Lawrence and Viola Anderson Fields, Sisters Elizabeth F. (Pat) Reynolds and Mary Fields. Survived by; 4 daughters, Sharyn (Leslie) Taylor, Jeanni (Ronald) Gray, Lynn Fields, Lisa Fields; 3 sons William A. (Debra) Fields, Jr., Gary L. Fields, Brian K. (Robin) Fields; Special son John T. (Marty) Beatty; grandchildren Derek, Chip, Kim, Chris, Ryan, Shene, Brandon, Nicole and Brian, Jr.; 5 great-grandchildren; brother Lawrence P. (Rosanna) Fields, all of Worthington; Sister Margaret A. Fields, Toledo, Oh., sister-in-law Joan (Herbert) Atkins, Beachwood, Oh.; brother-in-law Kenneth (Barbara) Fairfax, Washington D.C. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. lifelong member of St. John A.M.E. Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, 1998 at Rutherford-Corbin Chapel , 515 High St. Worthington, Oh where friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.
