Dr. W. Lester Griffith, age 80, of 5830 Falmouth Ct., Worthington, Friday at home. Retired Dentist at 15th and High Sts. Survived by wife, Carolyn; daughters and sons-in-law, Alice J. and Dr. William Fraas, Hot Springs, S. Dakota, Mary Ann and Paul T. Harnack, Columbus; 5 grandchildren. Member Worthington United Methodist Church. Graduate OSU School of Dentistry and member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Life member and former director of Downtown Kiwanis Club. Veteran WWI. Life member and past Commander of Leasure Blackston Post 239 of American Legion and member of Last Mans Club, 3-Time Club Champion Brookside Country Club. Service 11:30 a.m. Tuesday Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St., Worthington. Dr. W. Edge Dixon officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday. Contributions may be made to the Worthington Emergency Squad in his memory.
