Barbara R. Henderson, 89 years, Rock of the Henderson Family, Graduate of Indiana University, proud member of Kappa Kappa Gamma including serving as Columbus, Ohio Alumni President, began her career with Lazarus in Columbus and retired after 22 years as a Career Counselor with Bernard Haldane Associates, mother extraordinaire, world traveler, problem solver, adoring grandmother, avid reader and tireless volunteer and committee member for her beloved Anderson Hills Christian Church. Enormous gratitude to her church for the attentive and loving care over the last many months. She was preceded in death by her son Terry Henderson, and is survived by her sons, David Henderson (wife, Jodi), Michael Henderson; daughter, Cathy Cooke (husband, Nick); her grandchildren, Geno and Kara Cooke; her sister, Diane Terry Shingledecker; and brother, Alan Terry; and many nieces and nephews. Graveside service at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Friday, June 29, 11 AM, at 5561 Milton Ave., Worthington, Ohio 43085. Celebration of Life Service to be held at Anderson Hill Christian Church, Saturday, June 30, 11 AM, 8119 Clough Pike, Cincinnati, Ohio 45244.
