Zak, John B. and Shirley Zak of Columbus; sister, Shirley J. Dunlap, of Perrysburg, Ohio; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ina M. and James Marcum, of Hide-Away Hills, Ohio, Donna J. and John Pinto, of Columbus; numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and cousins.
