LISTON Janet Renaud Liston, age 65, of Dublin, Ohio passed away peacefully with her husband by her side, March 18, 2010, at Kobaker House. Born October 26, 1944, in Marshalltown, Iowa. Preceded in death by her father Don Renaud, and niece Michelle Renaud. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Dennis; mother, Alice Renaud; sister, Joann Wells; and brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Marcia Renaud; daughters, Emily Mowry, Laura Comstock, Elizabeth Stuecher; son-in-law, Jeff Stuecher; grandchildren, Justin Comstock and Olivia Stuecher. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Iowa and received her Masters in Psychology from The Ohio State University. She lived in Texas, California, Tennessee and Ohio. She worked as a School Psychologist for Franklin County Board of Education, Grandview Heights, Dublin City Schools, Ohio Department of Education and she provided services for Catholic area schools, Evangel Christian, Madison Christian and Clintonville Academy. She was Executive Administrator for the Ohio School Psychologist Association from 1981-1985. Honors included, National Science Foundation Grant, Phi Beta Kappa, Delta Kappa gamma, Presidential Citation, OSPA 1977. School Psychology Examination Committee, Regional Director National Association of School Psychologist 1986. Citation for service: 116th General Assembly. She was a member of Clintonville Woman's Club, Ohio School Psychologist Association, Iowa and Ohio State Alumni Associations. P.E.O. member Chapter EW President. SPCO, National APA NASP Certification Board. Former Zonta member. Member of Bethel United Methodist Church. Janet traveled to Hawaii, England, Thailand, Finland, France, Italy and Israel. She attended two NCAA basketball Final Fours. She enjoyed watching her children and grandson play softball, volleyball, baseball, soccer, basketball games and tennis matches. She was a bridge and baseball fan. Janet was a beautiful, fun and caring wife, mother, sister, daughter, grandmother and friend. She will be sadly missed by her husband, daughters, family and friends. Memorial Service 11 a.m. Monday, March 22, 2010 at Bethel United Methodist Church, 1220 Bethel Road, Columbus, Ohio. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington, Ohio.
