MOFFAT Adena Alice Tschetter Moffat, November 13, 2005 at Wesley Ridge. Born October 22, 1913 to Jacob and Kathryn Tschetter in Carpenter, South Dakota. Preceded in death by siblings Emma, Martha, Naomi, Samuel and Amos. Survived by sister, Rebecca Robbins. After receiving her education degree from Capital University, Adena taught in Japan and Germany for the Department of the Army. She returned to Columbus in 1962, teaching in Bexley for 11 years. She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Columbus. Her Christian faith directed her life. She will be remembered for her faith, her uplifting spirit, her caring nature, and her sense of humor. Friends may call at the DEYO-DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 1578 W. First Ave., Grandview Heights, Tues from 2-4 and 7-8 p.m., where service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. Dr. Paul Large officiating, interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
