Member of the Republican National Committee and the Gallion Country Club. Served in the US Air Corp. WWII. Preceded in death by mother, Eldora Noethlich. Survived by wife, Clarissa (Ditty) Noethlich; daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Ronald Davis, of Euclid, Ohio; sons and daughters-in-law, George and Benita Noethlich and David and Roberta (Bobbi) Noethlich, all of Columbus; grandchildren, Geoff and Dory Davis and Shannon and Lindsay Noethlich; father, Richard M. Noethlich Sr., of Zephyrhills, Fla.; brother, Robert Noethlich, of Ottawa Lake, Mich., Jack Noethlich, of Universal City, Tex., James Noethlich, of Salem, N.H. and Neal Noethlich, of Bernardsville, N.J.
