RUCK George T. Ruck, age 70, resident of Worthington for 38 years (formerly of Lima, OH), passed away Thursday, June 5, 2003. George was retired from Battelle Memorial Institute where he was employed for 40 years. He had several patents and was the author of Radar Cross Section handbook. Member of Worthington United Methodist Church, Moose Lodge #11 and a member for 32 years of Worthington Square Dance Club. Preceded in death by parents Francis and Anna Ruck and brother John "Skip" Ruck. Survived by his loving family, wife of 42 years, Donna Mae; sons, Mike (Karen) and Greg (Dana) Ruckand daughter Nancy Curtis; grandchildren, Amanda, Lindsay, Colton, Cody and Raquel; sister, Raeann Ruck; brothers, Duane and Rick Ruck. Funeral Service 10 a.m. Monday, June 9, 2003 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 515 High Street, Worthington, Oh. Rev. Alan Sippel officiating. Family will receive friends Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Worthington United Methodist Church, 600 High St., Worthington, Oh. 43085 in his memory.
