Schaeffer, Miami, Fla.; daughters, Mrs. Caroline E. Freese, Washington C.H., Mrs. Rebecca S. Thomas, Olney, Ill., Miss Barbara Schaeffer, Worthington; 2 grandchildren; brothers, Edward, Dr. Beverly, James, ganton, N.C., Dr. Ted Hairfield, Lenore, N.C. Member of Worthington United Presbyterian Church, Scioto Valley Dolls Club and Columbus Symphony Worthington Group, Doctor's Hospital Guild, Flint Community Club. Funeral service 10:30 a.m., Friday RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. Dr. Paul Johnston and rev. Charles Robinson officiating. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received at Rutherford's 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday.
