Helen R. Smith, of Columbus, Wednesday, December 26, 1990 at the Wesley Glen Health Care Center. Preceded in death by her husband, Vance M. Smith; daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Lewis. Survived by her daughters, Mrs. Cecil M. (Ann) Scott, Sun City, Ca. and Mrs. Robert D. (Lois) Harrison, Fostoria, Oh.; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren. Member of the Worthington Historical Society, the Worthington Women's Club and the DAR and a former member of the Worthington Board of Education. Private funeral service Friday, December 28, 1990 at the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. Rev. Lorrin Krieder officiating. In keeping with the wishers of the family there will be no visitation. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family request in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Worthington Presbyterian Church.
