Robert McIntosh Sturgeon Jr., age 77, of Columbus, passed away at his home, Wednesday, December 7, 1994. He was born in Canton, Oh. The son of the Reverend Robert M. and Inez Mabel Sturgeon. After 45 years of employment at Lang's Inc. of Washington, Pa., he retired Vice President in 1985. He is survived by his wife, of 44 years, Virginia Barnhart; 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Richard M. and Jeannine of Maumee, Oh., Mark B. and Janet, and Jeffery B. and Laura, all of Dublin, Oh.; seven granddaughters and one grandson. He was a past member of Lions Club of Washington, Pa. and Kiwanis Club of Columbus. He was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, Upper Arlington. Memorial service 1:30 p.m. 2070 Ridgecliff Rd. Rev Wayne Weiss officiating. Family will receive friends at a reception at the church following the service. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Memorial Fund of Covenant Presbyterian Church, 2070 Redgecliff Road, Columbus, Oh. 43221, in his memory.
