Janet (Bath) Tanner, age 84 of Worthington, Ohio died peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, April 22, 2018. Janet loved her whole family very much. A graduate of Worthington High School, Class of 1952, she loved her high school friends unconditionally. Janet was very involved with the Save the Manatee Program as well as Lifeline of Ohio. She was an active member of First United Methodist Church in Homosassa, FL where she helped the homeless. Janet had a large heart and her kindness was felt by all around her. She had a great sense of humor and considered herself ornery! Preceded in death by her daughter, Kim Campbell; and granddaughter, Katie Campbell. Survived by husband of 41 years, Jerry, who will love her always; children, Jack (Jane), Stuart, and Sarah Campbell; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her cat, Trudy. The family will receive friends Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St. Worthington, OH where a Memorial Service will follow at 3:30 p.m. Private family inurnment, Walnut Grove Cemetery.
