TRAIL Margaret (Peggy) F. Trail, 92, of Dublin, passed away Wednesday, February 07, 2018. She was born July 2, 1926 in Akron Ohio to the late Bernard L. and Georgia V. Fretwell. She was a beloved wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and friend. She was a generous and charitable individual who worked hard to help those in need around her. She enjoyed gardening, painting and travel. Margaret was a proud graduate of The Ohio State University where she earned a RN-BSN degree in 1951. At Ohio State, she was a member of the Alpha Omicron chapter of Alpha Chi Omega, an affiliation she treasured and maintained throughout her life. She began her career as an RN at the Ohio State University where she worked proudly before beginning a family. Later after her boys were grown she served as the Director of Nursing Services for the American Red Cross of Central Ohio. In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years Douglas, sister Gladys, brothers William and Frederick. She is survived by her sons, Christopher (Judy) Trail of Johnstown, Ohio; Steven (Kimberly) Trail of Granger, Indiana; and David (Karen) Trail of Kalamazoo, Michigan; six adoring grandchildren, Andrew, Jamie, Valerie, Lauren, Vanessa and Samantha; great grandson Maxwell. A Celebration of Margaret's Life will take place on Saturday March 10, 2018 at 1:00PM at Friendship Village of Dublin, Muirfield Room, 6000 Riverside Drive Dublin OH. 43017.
