Dr. Leonard L. Tsai, age 34, 275 W. Riverglen Hospital. Ph.D. and Associate professor of electrical engineering , University of Mississippi. Survived by wife, Rosa; son, Thomas W.; parents, Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Tsai; 2 sisters, Mrs. Lorretta Shih of San Diego, Calif. And Mrs. Shila Whincup of Victoria, British Columbia; brother, David Y. H. Tsai, M.D. of Pasadena, Calif. Received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Ohio State University, Cum Laude, Author and published over 30 papers in the field of electrical engineering, and was to have presented a paper in Switzerland this June. Served as consultant to M.I.T., NASA, and Georgia Tech. Voted outstanding teacher in electrical engineering at University of Mississippi in 1972. Severed as visiting associate professor, University of Arizona. Funeral service 1:30 p.m. Monday, RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. Rev. John Wilcox officiating. Interment Walnut grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 2-5 p.m. Sunday. Contributions may be made to the America Cancer Society.
