WARNER Dwight F. Warner passed away on December 17 at Kobacker House in Columbus. He was 95. Born in Richwood, Ohio, he was the son of the late Harry L. Warner and Sarah (Hickok) Warner. Dwight graduated from The Ohio State University College of Agriculture in 1940 and earned a second degree from the College of Engineering in 1946. He married in 1940 and lived in the Columbus and Worthington area the rest of his life. Dwight served two years in World War II in the Army Corps of Engineers in Europe. After the war, he taught at O.S.U. in agricultural engineering until he started his own farming business in 1958. He owned Warner's Farm Market in Linworth and farmed until 1980. He was active with the Griswold Senior Center and was a member of the Fishinger & Kenny Church of Christ. He is survived by son, William G. Warner (Jan) of Richardson TX; daughter, Jane C. Martin (Gary) of Worthington; son, Dwight D. Warner (Cathy) of Plano TX; grandson, Andrew Warner assigned to Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay; grand-daughters, Alison Warner of Wylie TX, Carlyanne Campbell (Chris) of Wylie TX, Laura Warner of Richardson TX; and great-grandson, Charles Campbell of Wylie TX. Mr. Warner was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings Delno Warner, Maxine Norris and Pauline Stuckey. Funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Friday, December 21, 2012 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington, OH 43085 with Glenn Carlton, Chaplain at Willow Brook Christian Home, officiating. Friends are invited to greet the family at 10:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service. A Private family interment will be held at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
