Wood Joan Mosher Wood, age 84, of Worthington passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family February 13, 2015 at Worthington Christian Village. Joan was born in Needham, MA March 6, 1930. She taught at St. John's Early Education Center for 32 years, and served as a proctor for Educational Testing for many years. She was a graduate of Worthington High School in 1948 and attended Business College. Joan was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church. Joan was preceded in death by her husband John D. Wood, parents Richard H. and Elena R. Mosher, and brother-in-law George W. Wood. Surviving are three sons, Steven H. (Joyce), Thomas M. (Melinda), and John M. (Susan); grandsons, Lucas B., Jacob M., Jason M., and Brian R. Wood; sister, Nancy G. (Paul) Mally; sister-in-law, Jane K. Wood; brother-in-law, Paul C. (Jeanne) Wood; nieces and nephews and many friends. Friends may call Monday, February 16, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington, Ohio.
