Marguerite Anne Zimmerman, age 61 of Columbus, died November 2, 2018 at St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville. Marguerite was employed by Cheryl’s Cookie Company as a production worker. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Lucy Klepser. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Mark A. Zimmerman, sister Cara Ralph of Denver, CO, and her nephews Chris and Steven Ralph.
Marguerite graduated from Worthington HS in 1974 and Trade School in 2007. Marguerite and her husband Mark were members of the North Community Lutheran Church. She was a kind and loving person, fond of her two cats, and she loved to read, attend the Kentucky and Ohio State Fairs, visit Amish Country and Craft & Antique Malls.
A Memorial Service will be held at the North Community Lutheran Church, 114 Morse Road Columbus on Sunday December 9, 2018 at 2:00pm. Calling hours and a reception will be held immediately after the Memorial Service where the family will greet friends and relatives. Marguerite’s ashes will be buried at Walnut Grove Cemetery with a graveside service following the Memorial Service. Contributions in Marguerite’s memory may be made to Pet Promise, Westerville, Ohio.
