Charlotte Irene Newport, age 72, 2654 W. McVey Blvd., Worthington, Tuesday, Riverside Hospital. Survived by husband, Dr. N. M. Newport; daughter, Marjorie Helen Bradburn, Keywest, Fla.; step-daughters, Mrs. Phyliss Atkins, Johnson City, Tenn., granddaughter, Carolyn Gaye Schottenstein, Worthington; grandson, Richard Ivan Bradburn Jr., Worthington; great-grandchildren, Mandy Marie and Andrew Perry Schottenstein, Worthington; sister, Jessie Driver, Knoxville, Tenn. Member of Women's Service Board of Grant Hospital, Women's Auxiliary American College of Allergists. Funeral service 11 a.m. Saturday Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High Street, Worthington. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday.
