This structure, known popularly as Dr. Bonnell's Barn is located at 698 High St. It was built in 1860 and remodeled in 1966. This photograph dates to 1975 when the Lawrence and Snouffer Architects Office occupied it. The old carriage house was originally the stable/horse barn of a residential building that formerly was located at 698 High St. It is situated south of St. John's Episcopal Church. The architectural firm of Lee Lawrence and Paul Snouffer was in Worthington for almost 20 years. The firm was known for designing several Worthington office buildings (The Worthington Inn's office, Worthington Savings Bank, and Norma's Restaurant) and Worthington school buildings (Worthington Hills Elementary, Kilbourne Middle School addition, Brookside Estates addition, and the Dow Nelson Field House), as well as many private residences.
