This historic structure is known as the Old Rectory. The property was awarded to the Board of Education by the Franklin County Common Pleas Court in 1965. At the time of this photograph the building was located at 799 Hartford Street and in use by the Worthington Board of Education as administrative offices. The property was traded with the Worthington Public Library in 1978. The building was purchased that year by the Worthington Historical Society and moved to its present location on West New England Avenue.
