The Snouffer home was located on Snouffer Rd., west of the railroad which runs north and south through Linworth. From the mid 19th century through the early to mid 20th century the Snouffer family owned large tracks of land in Sharon Township adjacent to the west side of the Olentangy River and in east Perry Township west of the railroad tracks. Snouffer family members are identified as; (2nd floor porch l - r) brother Bill, brother John, (first floor porch l - r) father Joseph, mother Ellen, and sister Leila.
