One of Worthington's signature Bicentennial events was a three-part lecture series focusing on the core values of Worthington's founders, education, religion and lifelong learning. The speaker pictured here is Frederick Busch, author and Fairchild Professor of Literature at Colgate University. The He presented the first Village Talk and his topic of discussion was ther Literary Arts. The series, known as "The Village Talks" took place at the Jessing Center on the campus of the Pontifical College Josephinum, is located north of Worthington at 7625 N. High Street.
