Tennant Memorial Scholarship was awarded in 1969, established by family and friends in the memory of Lt. Byron Lee Tennant, U.S. Marine Corps, killed in action earlier that year in Quang Tri Province, Vietnam. Byron Tennant was a graduate of Worthington High School in 1962.
