Village of Worthington is the Creator.

A public expression of appreciation was presented to the people of the Village of Worthington in recognition of their efforts to prepare and produce "The Whetstone Venture", a pageant in honor of Worthington's sesquicentennial in October 1953. This document was presented to Phillip Horch, a freshman at Worthington High School that fall. Over 400 members of the community were involved in the production.
