This contract is between the building committee of New England Lodge No. 4 and Arora Buttles. It provides for the construction of the Lodge building at 634 High Street. Building committee members were John Snow, Chester Griswold, Daniel Upson and Chester Pinney. Arora Buttles (b. 1791 d. 1852) was a brick mason and constructed many buildings in early Worthington. Several still stand and are in use.
