Cynthia A. Huggett is pictured in what was possibly a wedding portrait. She was a daughter of Adolphus Tuller (b. 1829, d. 1914) and Martha Brown Tuller (b. 1837, d. 1910). Cynthia married Harry R. Huggett (b. 1867, d. 1908). They had one daughter, Martha (b. 1902). Cynthia was a member of Lorraine Chapter Eastern Star.
