Kay Perry (left) and Kathryn Burgess (right) are pictured here. Kathryn Burgess (b. 1918, d. 1954) was the daughter of Lloyd and Betrice Burgess. Miss Burgess taught at the Worthington Elementary and Junior High School when it opened in 1938. She later became an Assistant Professor in the College of Education at Ohio State University.
