Sayama, Japan became Worthington's "friendship city" in 1994 and our "sister city" in 1999 when these Worthington representatives went to Sayama to sign a Sister City agreement. The Worthington International Friendship Association (WIFA) and the Sayama International Friendship Association (SIFA) have sent delegations to each city several times. Pictured here are SIFA delegates, the Koto Drum Troupe, and the 1999 WIFA delegates (Judy Chosy, Kathryn Paugh, Sally Willson, Robert Chosy, Miriam Utter, and Paul Cynkar).
