The official Ohio Bicentennial artist, Janet Waggoner, is pictured at her booth during the 2003 Worthington Art Festival. The watercolorist's art was commissioned by the State of Ohio for the Bicentennial. Her watercolors, depicting the Ohio Bicentennial Barns that were painted by Scott Hagan, appeared on 2003 Ohio phone book covers. Waggoner has served as president and board member of the Worthington Area Art League. William Miller, the official Ohio Bicentennial photographer, was also an exhibitor at the 2003 Worthington Art Festival.
