On the cover, headlines include "Students Honored" detailing the Academic Honors Awards Banquet, "Future Business Leaders Attend Ohio Convention", and "Hail Hale" which announces that Bill Hale is a National Merit Scholarship finalist and includes a photograph. "Meg Reigns" announces that Meg Schultz, who is pictured, was named Cardinal Queen at the Coronation Ball, and "Bonjour Amie" introduces Miss Hittson, the new French teacher. "Ira, Jeff, Paul Win Election" includes a picture of the winners of the Citizenship Day elections, Jeff Lowman, Ira Porterfield and Paul Jones.

On page two, there are editorials and opinion articles, book reviews and an article titled "A.F.S. Makes Plans for Future Jennifer Jordan Goes to Sweden" with a photograph.

Page four has a photograph of John Perlman with a "Beatles" haircut and an accompanying article, "Beatlemania!"

Page six covers sports. "Cards Finish on Winning Note" covers basketball and has a photograph of Jeff Lowman. "Swimmers Capture Third Place in Col" with a photograph, "Reserves Win C. B. L." and "Grapplers Take Third in W.H.S. Invitational" are other headlines on the last page.
