Newsletters between the sister cities of Sayama, Japan and Worthington, Ohio communicate information about the cities and their people to one another. This issue includes short news articles and accompanying color photographs. "Autumn in Ohio" tells about typical activities enjoyed by Ohioans in the fall. "Let's Speak English" was an ESL program sponsored by WIFA. "Grab Your Partner" announces a "Hometown Hoedown" public reception for visitors from Sayama, Japan in October, 1994. Finally, news of visiting graduate student Akisa Fukuzawa ("Aki") rounds out the newsletter.
