The Home Market was located at 660 High Street, and offered a complete line of groceries including baked goods, frozen foods, and fresh and smoked meats. Clyde Bachelor opened the business in 1929, eventually handing the business down to his son, David Bachelor. Scottie Macbean Coffeehouse later operated at that location, now home to Jet’s Pizza.
