This picture of James (b. 1807, d. 1877) and Esther (b. 1817, d. 1886) Pinney is located in a Pinney Family Bible. The small girl on the left of the photograph is identified as Ida May Carruthers (b. 1866, d. 1930), who was the Pinney's granddaugter, born to Marietta Pinney Carruthers. Although unidentified, the young man in the center of the photograph may be the Pinney's youngest son Charles Ernest Pinney, who was born in 1856.
